VegasHero left the Austrian market at the end of March.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

I can no longer access my account because VegasHero has ceased operations for Austria.
For weeks I have been told that the payout has been canceled because there was an error in the system and I should apply for the payout again.
Every payout is canceled with the same statement......
I also always get the same answer from the chat......sorry, your payout will be processed as soon as possible and then it will be canceled again.

ich kann nicht mehr auf mein Konto zugreife, da VegasHero den Betrieb für Österreich eigestellt hat.
Seit Wochen wird mir mitgeteilt, dass die Auszahlung storniert wurde weil es einen Fehler im System gab und ich die Auszahlung ein weiteres mal beantragen soll.
Jede Auszahlung wird mit der selben Aussage storniert......
Vom Chat bekomme ich auch auch immer die selbe Antwort......es tut uns leid, ihre Auszahlung wird schnellstmöglich bearbeitet und anschließend wird sie wieder storniert.
Schon etwas merkwürdig......
