Hi I need help I did the verification on vegadream close to a month now and my account is still not verified it still shows processing since weeks my main problem is that I did a withdrawal and I was told by customer service that the withdrawal process goes through after my account has been verified and I did the verification almost if not more than a month ago please I need help
