I'm a user of Vbet from Turkey. I was using Vbet for some weeks but 5 days ago they locked my account without any reason. I had an open bet when they locked my account and I won that bet but I can't log in to my account so I'm unable to withdraw it.


Exactly what happened:

I deposit 5500TL to my account at 17.01.2022 I did sports betting with 5450TL and with the remaining 50TL I wanted to try poker. I've never played online poker before so I sat on a 6 player game as 6th player and bought poker chips that were worth something like 13TL. But I couldn't play, people were playing and I couldn't join the game I've waited for something like 10 games but couldn't figure it out so I shut down the browser. After some minutes I tried to re-enter my account but it was locked, I talked with live support but they are not telling me anything, they just say wait until the investigation ends. They don't tell why this investigation happening or when it will end. I won the bet I did so I have something around 21000TL in the account but it's been 5 days and I can't log in to my account.


I want to withdraw my 21000TL that money is very important to me.
