The player from the Netherlands has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing bets greater than the allowed ones. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

As a new customer, I became acquainted with the website Vave.

After I placed my first bets (and lost) I realized that the website does not limit my bets automatically. Because of this I have adjusted my bet myself and I have complied with the rules.


Because of this I dare to say with 100% certainty that no unfair profits have ever been made. In addition, all winnings will come from a bet within the policy or after the bonus has been played out.


At the time I was done playing the bonus, my balance was around 2-3k.


All my winnings with real money (a day later!) also have been credited.


In total the casino decided to credit 2.5k bonus money and 4.5k real money, because I did break the first deposit terms by the bare minimum.


In total they decided to credit 7.000 UDST (my whole balance)!!


I tried talking to Vave, but they won't even read what you're saying because they don't care.


I've spoken to several 'employees', but neither of them did understand it or were trying to help. I had the feeling I was talking to a broken bot instead of real people, because they didn't understand anything, they kept spamming me with basic messages I didn't request and I've never had the help I needed.


So please be aware of this shady terms and conditions and try not to get scammed. I would NOT recommend this casino unless you like to get SCAMMED!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue and understand your frustration. I carefully checked the general Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found (here):


„1. GENERAL TERMS1.1.     Bonuses are available to players from any country except for Sweden (SE).

...

1.6.     The maximum bet with an active casino bonus is 5 USDT or equivalent in cryptocurrency, unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus. Purchasing any game features, including but not limited to respins, will add to your bet amount. If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, Vave reserves the right to cancel the bonus and the associated winnings."


We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.

I'm sorry but it looks as if you breached the maximum bet rule several times while completing the bonus wagering.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.
