The player from Australia had won 18k at an online casino, but upon withdrawal, she was informed that only 6k could be withdrawn due to the casino's withdrawal limit of x30 the deposit amount. She had claimed that this condition was not clearly stated on the website. However, the player failed to respond to our messages and questions, thus preventing us from investigating further. As a result, we had to reject the complaint.

Hi there I won 18k and went to withdraw it and was then told I can only withdrawal 6k and I would have to forfeit the rest of my winings due to the fact that they only let you withdraw x30 your deposit amount. My deposit amount was 200 so my max withdrawal would be 6k and the remainder would be forfeited.

I never accepted or played any bonus nor accepted or played any free spins.


No where on the website does it say this not until you actually go to withdraw your winings is the first point where they mention about your maximum amount and the rest being forfeited.


If I had of known this I would have never played that website.
