hi Kristina, I have pass the KYC verification from them and the withdrawal has always been smooth before that.


And suddenly the whole website's customer service was not responding and no withdrawal has been entertained.


Do note that I had bigger amount withdrawal than this before, so I am quite amazed by this.

Thank you very much for your reply, bigbang. In this case, when you had successful withdrawals a few days ago, it might be only a matter of time until you receive another payment. I would recommend you wait for at least one more week. I will keep this complaint open, and please let me know if there is anything new in the meantime. If there is no development within the given timeframe, we will intervene.

as for today, I still have not receive any payment from them. Also their Customer Service is not responding.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
