I was trying to requests for withdrawal on 25/12 but until now my money has not been transfer to my account and I’m trying to connect to their CS no reply at all and my local agent they actually removed me from th group chat. I am able to request but still in process until today. Please help. What I can do? Thanks

Thank you for your reply, Slayer84. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. 

Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?

Thanks for the replied. Yes was successfully withdraw before. Only this case pending from 25/12/2021 till now and I shall wait another few more days and see what the situation and the site (unclejay) CS no reply at all like the whole website nobody running. I will update again. I am not sure I passed the KYC verification.

I tried to contact the casino repeatedly but without success. I’m afraid, there is not much that can be done without cooperation from their side. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. I wish I could be of more help.
