Hello I received the confirmation by email on 04/30/2023 that the money was successfully paid out, I'm still waiting for the money today, after I asked today I chat I was told it will be delayed because there are problems with them, so they have lied to me the money wasn't transferred at all, I should be patient was the answer, but the casino will close soon, I have the feeling that it won't happen anymore, please help

Hello yes the account is already verified on 04/29/2023, I won the money without a bonus, the casino sent me an email the money was successfully paid out and should be in my account within one bank day, but that was a lie they have the money was not paid out at all, because in the live chat I was told 4 days later they had technical problems
