Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please keep in mind that bonuses are a good-will of the casino and it is entirely up to them whether they give them to a player or not and nobody can force them to do so. If you are unsatisfied with the casino's bonus system, I can only recommend you to register in a different casino.
