Hi , I am a new player in Trust77my . I deposit RM1000 and winover Rm14000 , Its shown in process more than half day . And now i still din't receive my money yet , i asked customer service and they just ask me wait and wait , not even let me know need to wait for how long . I had asked customer service few times , and their answer is all same ,just ask me to WAIT , this is so horrible as a lisenced online casino . Now i totally dont know i can success to withdraw my money from the casino or not !

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. I dont have my game history , and now the website already frozen my account . I cant login anymore . I only have save the conversation . And yes i had applied the welcome bonus which is topup Rm1000 get bonus Rm500 , i also had reach the turnover thats why i want to withdraw , but the website void all my winning .

Rm14000 which is included my deposit Rm1000 and winning amount Rm13000 . They website had return me back my deposit Rm1000 , but they dont pay me for the Rm13000 . They dont provide me any statement to proof me violeted the rules . Just simply said it and dont pay me

Good day Villiam , I am a new player in Turst77 , i had make a deposit Rm1000 and apply for welcome bonus which is Rm500 bonus , after that i start to turnover and end up win Rm13000 profit . When i withdraw i wait over 13 hours the status still shown in progress , in this 13 hours i keep follow up in live chat the livechat told me need to wait the department to release my payment , after that , the last livechat told me i violeted their rules and my winning all is voided , but i pretty sure all my bets is legal and i dont break any rules . Now trust77 frozen my account and they refuse to chat with me . They dont show me any statement to proof that i violeted their rules and using abnormal bets .

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
