Hi, my name is Valery!

I'm asking you to help me!

I registered on 11/23/2023 truenorth.bet and made my deposit on the same day.

I used the welcome bonus on my first deposit.

I only played slots, before that I checked that all of them are allowed by wager.

23.11.2023. I finished playing. The total amount was 386.95. I didn't play anymore.

On the same day, I started the verification procedure and on 11/30/23. I finished it completely.

The account has been verified and the withdrawal of funds has become available to me.

30.11.2023. I put $386 on withdrawal.

and from that day on, I go to the casino every day and ask for help in the chat.

They tell me different things. They have some problems that are NOT RELATED to me, my game, or my account.

I was promised 2 times that the financial service would write to me.

But there are no answers, as well as no money. Only promises from the support chat that I will receive the money and I have to wait.

8 days have passed. I think I've waited long enough.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
