Hello Gurus!


It was my first time playing at this Casino and I thought it was safe because they are Canadian but my opinion is slowly changing due to a delayed payment issue I am having.


I have been fully verified and payment has been pending since June 19th. Although the casino does reply via E-mail, the answers do not provide any details but only that they are experiencing a delay. I have followed up twice with them and both replies have been the same.


I'm no expert but it seems like a problem when a Casino takes your money instantly but fails to pay what has been won in a timely fashion after all verifications have been completed.


I hope with the help of the Gurus we can get a more clear reason for the delay and a possible sooner payment.

Hi Tomas,

I used the Welcome casino bonus on my first deposit with them. I went over the terms to make sure I didn't break any common terms. I completed the wagering and requested a withdrawal after verification.


I made a deposit via BITCOIN through my BLOCKCHAIN account. I only found out afterwards when I got to the withdrawal page that the only crypto withdrawals were via Litecoin and not my original deposit method. So I requested the withdrawal to my Litecoin wallet.

Hi Tomas,


I have only ever made 1 deposit on TrueNorth.bet casino. This was done through my blockchain account using Bitcoin as a currency. The withdrawal method that was available via crypto was Litecoin and not bitcoin.


I have uploaded the screenshot of my withdrawal.

Dear Papadeez88, 

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
