Hi I was given 10 free bonus for slot play met all the requirements but they wouldn't do the withdrawal because they said I haven't made a deposit in over a month I am a member and I've made many deposits before I have also withdrew before

Could you please advise when was the last time you deposited into the casino? Are your winnings still on your casino account or was it already voided? What did the casino respond when you contacted them regarding this issue?

I think it was a month and a half the last time I've deposited and the casino doesn't want to pay out the winnings even though it said I made the wage requirements and would be able to Cashout and I believe the winnings got voided

Dear Hronis,

I've run through the casino terms and found this:


"2.3. A player that didn't add funds to his account for one month-long or more (30 days), will be considered a free bonus player and will not be eligible to withdraw winnings from free bonuses or cash granted to him by the casino. The possibility of withdrawing winnings from free bonuses is reserved for our active players only."


Please note that in case you really did not deposit within the last month, the casino had right to void your balance generated from the free bonus. Is there anything else I can assist you with? If no, the complaint will be closed.

Yea then tell them to stop messaging me with those offers that's not rite they've tooken so much money from me as a matter affect deactivate my account cause it's not rite that when they take my money all the time but never get nothing back
