I made my Deposits with Bitcoin accept for one I made it with my Debit card. There were no restrictions accept for the withdrawal amount well I deposited 50 Bitcoin and won all I could win which is 500. I let it sit there from march 3 2022. And everyone stayed in contact with me tell me congratulations on the win. But then they told me it might take up to 18 business days to collect that should have thrown up a red flag but I rolled with it. Even though I chose Bitcoin as payment which could have been paid that day but I went through their process. I didn’t realize the the casino was so cheap. They didn’t have any problem taking Bitcoin from me but can’t make Bitcoin payment back to me. Ivy the vip host is a Joke she want even return my emails. I really don’t know if it’s because she incompetent or just she is a woman. My guess is incompetence. Everyone I chatted with a lot of different agents and they all seem to be FAKE. Do not play here if you want to get paid

Yes I passed the KYC verification and no I have never cashed out apparently they don’t do business with people that live in Alabama. I just think anyone who would deposit a dime at that casino might as well just take your money out and set it on fire. Oh yeah I almost forgot the customer service people there are a joke.

Did the casino inform you that you will not receive your winnings because you are from Alabama?
