On 2/6/22 I completed my wager requirements for a 150% no wager requirements promo. I deposited $40 and received $60 bonus. And had to play through at least 1x deposit amount. $350 was what I ended up with amd figure i would receive290 as the bonus amount is noncashable to I have deposited several times and multiple withdrawals so True Fortune rewards me regularly with no wager req's bonusec; so i had been really fond of the site. So after a week I got on chat and asked what the timeframe should be as I had received previous deposits in about that time or less as I regularly use bitcoin for all transactions online. They told me 5-18 biz days. So I contacted them 2 oe 3 more times between 2/14 and today was the worst. Every agent I talked to said 5-18 days and then today 1018th business days 25days altogether and 2 live Chat agent said they would pass this on to my account manager and they will reach out to me via email. Guess what?

February 6th the withdrawal was requested. On March 3rd after asking live chat multiple times for info a VIP manager sent me this via email: Hello Charles,

Please note, that your processing withdrawal will be paid as soon as

possible and the live chat agents do not have access to any information

regarding your withdrawal. You will be notified as soon as your

withdrawal

is processed.

I responded rather lengthily and they sent me another vague message . Saying the same thing but no actual information.

Thank you for your reply, Charles. Do I understand correctly that you have made successful withdrawals before? If yes, when exactly did you receive the last one? How long did the processing take?

The last one I believe was early January.and it took about 10 days but that included the verification process. I am fine with the 5-18 biz days if they

are transparent about it and I can always play soewhere else. So they sent me a message today it reads:

"Please note your Bitcoin withdrawal has been adjusted by finance,

therefore the withdrawal amount of 290.11 is now in your balance.

Please request the withdrawal again so that we can process it shortly."


This I expected some casinos take the bonus out of your withdrawal even if you've accounted for it already, but I am sure this means another month of waiting.
