The player from New Zealnad deposited $25.00 but $41.00 was deducted from their account. Despite sending multiple emails and screenshots, they haven't received a response. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I deposited $25.00 and they took out $41.00, I have emailed then x3 and got asked to send a screen shot, which I did x2 and have heard nothing back from them. I am going to annoy them until I hear back and get my money back. I'd advise no one to join this casino, how dare they take money from my account and think that's OK, it's unexceptable and I am going to take further action if I do not hear back from them and get my money back.

Could you please advise in which currencies are your accounts held (bank and casino accounts)? Have you tried to communicate this issue with your bank? Usually, international transaction fees are managed by the banks.

Also, could you please clarify what the disputed amount represents as it'đ different from the one mentioned in your first comment?
