I’ve been trying too withdraw 2x 2500 for a month now I’ve provided all necessary info needed I’ve stuck too all rules I’ve emailed and been on chat daily and keep getting the run around. It states in the casino terms n conditions all pending withdrawals will be decided within 5-7 days I’ve been waiting a month and each day they say they have escalated my claim but nothing happens I’m outraged as I spend thousands

Hi yes I have had withdrawals previously. I received the first half of this withdrawal now but they will not process the second half. They said in terms n conditions max of 7 business days but it’s been weeks and I’ve spoken to live chat 8 times and they say they have put a follow up on my withdrawal. There is no discrepancies in my information or the win as that would have been brought up when the first half was processed so I can’t understand why they are taking so long to process the rest there is nothing they have to review they are just holding out on me
