I have been waiting for more than a month, i’ve sent all the required documents to verify myself and used bitcoin withdrawal for quicker process and still no update. I’ve been contacting the customer service and every time they tell me they have all the documents they need and they gonna accelerate the process and still nothing happens. This is the most horrible service ever.
