The player from Australia was accused of mixing funds which lead to confiscating his winnings. The player claims that the casino refused to offer supporting evidence. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I tried to withdraw 5000, waited 3 weeks, when I messaged them they said they had taken the $5000 as I had 'mixed funds'

I have asked the to show me evidence of this as I wouldn't deposit funds if I had credit already.

They just keep telling me I had mixed funds, I keep asking for evidence of this but get nothing back.
