The player from Australia requested a withdrawal of $350. However, money was returned to his account, so he continued playing until he lost all his money and decided to close his account. Therefore we were forced to close this complaint.

Tried withdrawing $350 waited week and half then they canceled the withdrawal and put it back into my account there was no bonus problems it was available to withdraw so tried again same thing they like taking your money but dont like handing any back if you have a win so I used it up and cancelled my account DO NOT TRUST THEM

I'm not worried about the money the fact is why was the money returned to my account I know why they dont like paying out, to me that makes them a very low moral casino it is done deliberately they know people are not waiting another 2 weeks and not first time either this s deliberate tactics yep used all the money if they were not giving it to me I was not going to just leave it there and I will be putting reviews everywhere I can also be writing to the minister in charge of gambling
