The player from Australia had his account blocked without further explanation. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited $250 from my account , got a 280% match bonus, I played thru the $28k play thru before I was able to withdraw, I won 9k I withdrawn it , then 1 week later my account was closed I messaged them they said it’s there discretion to close my account without a valid reason , I got verified with my license amd selfie I even send them a pic of my bank card to prove nothing wrong was going on and they stopped replying
