Have a pending withdrawl request of 2500$ that is still waiting to be approved. Requested the 8/12/2021. Its been almost 50days. Contact them every second day just to hear the same bot replies and that they are putting my request in priority bla bla. Been saying that for a month and half, nothing has changed.

No, I had couple of withdrawls in the past. All docs and details are ok. Been contacting them via live chat every second day just to get the same replies of being sorry for the delay and to wait a bit more( what a joke).

I reviewed the situation yesterday for you Neoz and we have an approval on your requested withdrawal as of a few moments ago. I will now see what I can do about getting that out the door to our 3rd party for payment, hopefully by the end of the week. Once payment has been issued to our 3rd party you are generally looking at 3-10 business days before it is reflected in your bank account.

Just confirming that payment left the casino to our 3rd party yesterday afternoon (local time), as I said we are generally looking at 3-10 business days before it registers in your bank account but you should be seeing it relatively soon Neoz. 🙂
