Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Could you please advise if your account was fully verified before requesting its closure?


It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

330+ euros I have and still waiting account verified over a week ago you talk to agents and they tell you they can't speak to payment department. And when I had 200 euros in off my own money they gave me 8 euro bonus and they have said I might lose some of money because of that. Gutted feel as though I. Will never get paid .

i received e mail on 3rd February saying 334 euros approved and then waited a couple of days but your chat live people don't know anything and keep saying it's not been approved so I sent the email from payment team to alex. But Aleiala is refusing to check e mails convinced you are frauds and I won't see my money.

However, I would like to warn you that it seems to be a common practice of Triumph Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Regardless of many unresolved complaints marked "No Reaction Policy" we keep on trying.

They have now said my 330 euros is all bonus because at sometime in past I took 8 euro bonus. They say for that I have to win another 355 euros before being paid. It's taken them 5 weeks to find false reason not to pay me. And now they say they will reopen account after checks this could take weeks. I think they only have three people who talk to you and they email you and if you ring they won't give there name I think I have been robbed.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.

The Casino can ask to reopen this complaint anytime.
