The player's deposit did not arrive into his casino account. The complaint was resolved as the player received his money.
Hello,
I deposited 50 euros via "Flexpin" on December 24th, 2022, unfortunately the amount has not yet been credited to my account and of course I can no longer use the Flexpin voucher anywhere else, since it was already used for the deposit at Tornadobet.
I reported the issue to live chat and sent proof screens of the voucher purchased and the deposit, no response since.
Dear Illmtc,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.
I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Nick
In the live chat, I am only ever told that the case has not yet been processed by the finance department.
After several weeks, that sounds very unbelievable.
I have the feeling that the 50 euros will never be credited to my account.
Do you have contact with this casino?
Dear Illmtc,
Could you please forward all the supporting evidence (confirmation of payment) and communication between you and the casino to nikolas.b@casino.guru?
Dear Illmtc,
Is there any way to prove that the voucher was used in Tornadobet Casino? Non of the screenshots you provided is showing that.
Hello,
No, unfortunately not.
Only the two screens, unfortunately I can't upload more as proof. Since the code is entered directly when making a deposit.
I sent the screen with the link (successful transaction), everything is displayed there where the money went (TransID ect.)
