I ask that at least the 2 withdrawals of 1500 euro each be returned to my account ... since they did not respect the timing. And above all they are unfair because they do not accept a single withdrawal of more than 1500 euros. It is clear that they disadvantage players. I ask you to contact the casino immediately. And that they give me at least my 3,000 Euros which should have escaped me in 48 hours and they didn't. Help me

Which method to withdraw your winnings you have opted for? The daily maximum for withdrawal limit might be required by the payment provider, not by the casino.
Secondly, please could you confirm that you have completed KYC verification successfully in the past? None of the licensed casinos takes verification lightly and it might take few working days completing this thorough procedure. If I understand you correctly, you had €3900 in your casino account and made two withdrawals. Then you cancelled the withdrawals because it took longer than it was supposed to and lost the money on live games. I'm really sorry but I don't think we can do anything about this. If the withdrawals were pending for a longer time (and weren't cancelled), we would be able to contact the casino and try to find a solution and possibly speed up the process. However, you lost the money on games, so I can't imagine any casino would give you the money back. I wish I could help you with this, but I will have to reject the complaint.
