I requested a payout of 500 euros from Tonybet on December 23, 2022, which was rejected despite valid registration, but was then no longer credited to the account.
Hab bei Tonybet am 23.12.2022 eine Auszahlung von 500 Euro beantragt, die wurde abgelehnt trotz gültiger Registrierung, und dem Konto dann aber nicht mehr gutgeschrieben.

Now it has been announced on Tonybet's website that they have switched to the Ontario license! On my account it says "checked" everywhere in the documents - in green color. Paysafe Card was selected as the payment method, the profit after a deposit totaling EUR 287 was approximately EUR 1,100, and I have requested a payout of EUR 500, the rest of 600 ,-- EUR was then gambled away again, but the win was not in a bonus round. The cheek is that the payment of the 500 EUR was rejected because of an invalid payment method, BUT THE AMOUNT OF 500 EUR WAS THEN WITHHOLDED AND THE ACCOUNT WAS NO LONGER CREDITED BACK! I've never experienced anything like that.

Als Zahlungsmethode wurde Paysafe Card ausgewählt, der Gewinn lag nach einer Einzahlung von gesamt EUR 287,-- in einer Höhe von ca. EUR 1.100,-- , und ich habe davon eine Auszahlung von EUR 500,-- beantragt, der Rest von 600,-- EUR wurde dann wieder verspielt, aber der Gewinn war nicht in einer Bonusrunde. Die Frechheit ist, das wegen einer ungültigen Zahlungsmethode die Auszahlung der 500,-- EUR abgelehnt wurde, ABER DER BETRAG VON 500 EUR WURDEN DANN EINBEHALTEN UND DEM KONTO NICHT MEHR ZURÜCK GUTGESCHRIEBEN ! Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt.

At Tonybet: "KLARNA" was used as the deposit method, then the same method for withdrawal is NOT POSSIBLE for the withdrawal. If you then select another payout method because "KLARNA" is not possible, it will be rejected because you are not using the same payout method as the deposit method. A very clear SCAM. From the outset, you have absolutely no chance of making a payout if you use "KLARNA" for the deposit!
Bei Tonybet: Als Einzahlungsmethode wurde "KLARNA" verwendet, dann bei der Auszahlung ist die gleiche Methode zur Auszahlung NICHT MÖGLICH. Wenn man dann eine andere Auszahlungsmethode auswählt, weil "KLARNA" ja nicht möglich ist, wird es abgelehnt, weil man nicht die gleiche Auszahlungsmethode wie Einzahlungsmethode vewendet. Ein ganz klarer BETRUG. Man hat von vornherein überhaupt keine Chance, eine Auszahlung durchzuführen, wenn man bei der Einzahlunt "KLARNA" verwendet !
