Hello

Thunderpick just scammed me for 1300eur, I had my account verified, my total deposits were around 800eur and I already withdrawed 2829eur and 1300eur was left in my account that I decided to withdraw. After I requested 2nd withdrawal they suspended my account without any reason and did not pay out this 1300eur, between previous withdrawal and 2nd one there was no activity on account, I didn't use any bonuses nor I abused any terms, seems like this fraud casino just decided to not pay my all winnings.

I suspect that they are just scamming people as they operate at the moment without any valid license so they are not controlled by any entity and can scam any customer they want.file

  • Did you play casino games or sports betting?
  • Did you contact the casino's e-mail support as the live chat usually can't give out as many information as them?

  1. I got verified on 3rd October 2024, last withdrawal was Nov 12, account suspended 2 days ago

This is very shady that they did not send any email regarding this but I think they won't change mind if I will just send an email asking about it, I saw many complains that they been scamming people very often recently

As I previously said Thunderpick is literally a fraud, after your suggestion I contacted them over mail and this what I got told, totally rude and disrespectful answer but that is what I was expecting by them

Thunderpick Casino has not responded to complaints on our platform, and in the past, they have failed to provide sufficient evidence. Given their lack of cooperation, we will mark your complaint as unresolved, which will impact their safety rating.

Furthermore, Thunderpick operates without a valid license, so there is no regulatory authority we can direct you to. However, the casino has requested that any complaints be sent directly to their customer service team at service@cs.thunderpick.io, with the option to escalate the matter to a Customer Service Supervisor if needed.


19.2 We prefer to deal with disputes internally in accordance with the above procedure. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you can also direct your complaint to the Dispute Resolution Office (DRO).
