I got a feature, it froze. I screenshot the win, went straight to customer service with the screenshot, explained what happened as I went back into the game and it didn't revert back to the feature or credit the win. Sasha replied, I sent through the information and was told to come back in 24 hours if it wasn't resolved. 24 hours passes and no reply nothing, I open a new chat and send through everything again also explaining to Sasha once again that the 24hours has passed and I want to know what is happening.

She closes my thread after I send everything through stating I didn't reply so the thread was closed. I screenshot the fact I replied before she did that.

Sent the screenshot asking why she closed the thread after I replied. She asks me to send through all the info again. 3 times she did this. I asked to be transferred to someone else who would actually help. She ignored every message and hasn't escalated my issue. She's just ignoring me after reading my messages. I'm about to lose it.

The only contact they have is this idiot called Sasha who can just avoid people? So basically I won't be getting my money because of this incompetent piece of crap! I asked for a number to ring, just any answers! She just ignored everything I asked and kept playing games acting like the issue was being escalated when I sent through my details. In the end I rewrote the issue and details and sent screenshots approx 7 or 8 times tonight alone, since my first complaint it's hit the 10 mark. If after 10 attempts of getting an answer about my issue I'm being ignored, then I will take that as an admission to their site scamming players because each time I got a good feature or big win it would magically glitch and the funds would never be reimbursed.

They restricted my account and after becoming threatening and abusive through their messages, that's what I get because they refused to tell me what was decided in regards to the win they once again scammed from me. So basically it was a technical issue, I informed them about it and hoped they would reimburse me something if not all of it, and instead they get abusive, rude and ban me from playing?
