I made a $100 deposit on 11th january. Ive deposited many time using the payid but on the 11th there was a red notice on too of page saying theywere aware of an issue with deposits they would put into accounts asap

2days past before banner came downbut account not updated

i contacted thru chat was told to screenshot proof of deposit tried but keeps going round in circles. Getting nowhere now i cant load home page. No i havent contacted my bank yet as ive never had a problem with thembefore they were always a great casino in my opinion

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Ifinally got thru to chat it said it transfer me thru to a live support person i sent screenshot of transaction from bank.

but that was hours ago & no one has replied to me again

Such issues may take up to a month to be resolved (of course it could be much less), but definitely not within hours. Please let us know by the end of next week if there's been any update regarding the deposit.
