I submitted a withdrawal of $200 around the 11th January 24 and as yet I have not received it and I am unable to get anyone on live chat first they took it away for about a week ad now it is back I have waited for over 5 hrs and never got a response. I have played here for a few years and never had an issue before normally the withdrawal is paid to me within 24hrs at the most. I am not the only one with this problem on their facebook page there are lots of people still waiting for their money. I don't know why it is happening. It is disappointing as this was my favorite casino to play.

Hi Kristina,

I am happy to inform you that my withdrawal was deposited into my account today. I get what you

are saying about about what may delay withdrawals and it does happen at some casinos. But the reason

for my oncern today is that there were so many other people in the same situation and I thought that

maybe it was shutting down. Anyway as I mentioned before I have played there for a fehelp w years now and I

never had an issue with them before and my withdrawals were always in my account within 24hrs.
