The player from India had reported that his deposit of Rs. 30000 on 16/03/2024 had not been credited to his Tez888 casino account and that customer support had been unresponsive. We had advised the player to contact his payment provider for an investigation, as the casino would have had limited ability to assist in this case. We kept the complaint open for a month for updates. The player later confirmed that the deposit amount had been received. We then marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

I have raised a request for deposit of rs, 30000 on 16/03/2024, 2:43. Amount has been deducted from my bank wallet but not credited in my tez888 wallet. Customer support team is not supporting. this is not a genuine site.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
