On June 3, 2024 I submitted my redemption for $58. As of today, July 9, 2024 I have not received a response or any monies. I’ve sent numerous (7 plus) issues to the customer support link in their app with NO RESPONSE except twice they’ve sent me that they are different time zones and they’re currently on weekends and will get with me as soon as possible. I Have also sent three emails which have not been responded to, I have verified my identity , and I’ve read the rules and regulations and submitted my redemption as outlined in the app. Under my redemption history it still sites "waiting for review. " Also there is a cashback. feature that allows you to get 10% more of your winnings back each time you withdraw. This cashback feature started at $100 now it is at $94.20 which is a difference of $5.80 which is also 10% of my $58 redemption. Please could you help me find out what I’m doing wrong or how these people will give me my money?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

  • Could you please provide a screenshot of your withdrawal request with the status visible and a screenshot of the cashback feature that supports your claim?

Pictures of my redemption status and the cash back section in app reflecting the $5.80 (10% of cash out) they said I would get 10% of each redemption.

Unfortunately the screenshots are not from Lucky Legends online casino, but from an application of the same name that is unrelated to this particular online casino. Applications and social casinos are not part of our online casino database and as a result, we do not engage in facilitating dispute resolutions related to them.
