This is the second time I've had issues with the casino and the payment provider. It claims to be an instant transfer via bank, which is complete nonsense.
The last time, I had to wait 6 weeks for my money.
I have pointed out to the casino at least 10 times that this provider has nothing to do with instant transfers.
This casino is a total scam, and I would ask you to look into it.
