Above is the casino i am facing issues with they give monthly bonus out to the vip users i have been on the casino for almost 2years , there is a condition if users doesn't deposit for more then two months will be not eligible for the monthly bonus

I have deposited on 14/07/2023 today is 11/09/2023 when we receive the bonus they are denying the bonus telling me that it has been more than two months system cannot calculate wrong while you can clearly see in the screenshot my last deposit

That is all my problem i am attaching the screenshots

It is important to note that casinos are not obligated to offer any benefits to their players and may exclude individuals from their loyalty program without prior notification. While we understand the importance loyalty bonuses represent for players, we do not intervene in these matters and allow casinos to make their own decisions regarding who receives loyalty rewards and who does not.
