I would like to share my TERRIBLE experience with Tangier’s Casino. Firstly i paid using my new debit card. Then after playing for two days I requested to withdraw my winnings. They had saved my old credit card details on the system which was no longer active with the bank.

It took me over 15 emails/smses and 36 hours for them to understand that they had to delete the one card number and add the new one. After fighting, writing a letter, sending numerous emails to security AND dealing with the live chat room they then deleted the full credit/debit card withdrawal option.

They then told me that I had to use one of the other withdrawal methods. I sent them pictures to prove that 30 minutes before I had an option to withdraw directly using my card but they said that they had just changed the rules.

I then applied with NETELLER to withdraw the funds. Waiting 5 days for the withdrawal to go through and today I get told that they took away ALL MY WINNINGS!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently I betting with over R50 and they decided to take away my winnings. Firstly why does the system allow you to bet higher if according to their rules you are not allowed to bet higher?

Then I requested to see my history to check to see when I played over R50. And guess what. Besides the system kicking me out and logging me off every time I go to the 12th August I saw that I played with R72 AFTER I requested the withdrawal. So I was playing with R50 up until I reached the 100% threshold. Then I requested a refund. During the 5 days of waiting for my refund I carried on playing. I kept on winning. I played a few doing over R50. I stopped playing. Today they took it all away.

So for anyone that is considering playing their games I suggest you read read read read ALL their terms and conditions. Take pictures and copies of them because this company accepts your deposit sighing minutes. Gives you great bonuses but if you win you get NOTHING! They will find some or other reason not to pay you out.
