After begging by email to 'accounts' and 'support' at TANGIERS CASINO as to where my 3000 dollars withdrawal request is in the process- I finally got an email yesterday to say my funds will be in the bank today. Under Tangiers Casino 'terms and conditions', even though I originally placed the request on the 18th August 2019- I had to follow a long drawn out process in their system to first be identified and then be approved for the payout. I eventually passed their approval process officially by email on the 27th of August. 2019. Tangiers Casino states that my 3000 dollar withdrawal request funds should be in my bank between 5 and 7 days. Even though I was originally told between 3 and 5 days. With day 7 nearing to an end, sadly I still see no sign of the funds in my bank account. They have my correct bank details and even a bank statement with it all on it. I believe This represents a violation of Tangiers Casino terms and conditions. And no hope of ever seeing the money that I won in honesty and good faith. Deposited much more than I asked ot withdraw. Won fair and square.
