On 28.sept. Suprabet blocked my account and didn't provide me any details as of why. My account was well before verified and i had about 950-1000eur on my account when they locked it, but i don't know the exact number. I tried talking to them in chat and through emails numberous times but no answer was provided. In chat (i asked 3 separate times) they told me to write an email to suprabets. And ofcourse i did, 3 times, but none of my emails have received an answer. They just stole my money, not only winnings but also deposit. Pure scam. It has been more than a month now without an answer. I hope you can help me get my money back. Thank you.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? What event did cause that the casino blocked your account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account was fully verified months ago. I never use any bonus, only deposited money. My account was blocked couple of days after i made my first withdraw (a small amount, 100eur). I think that triggered them, but i am not sure. When i asked in chat what is going on they didn't give me any answer, only that i need to write email to them. And so i did, 3 times, but no answer whatsoever. Last time i spoke to chat and wrote an email to them was 30.sept, so 5 days ago, but i have spoken to chat and wrote emails prior to that already 2 times before and that was 3rd time.

As i said already. I have written them 3 times, but i have not received any answer. 6 weeks no answer from their side. Their chat asks me to write them a email, but they don't answer to my emails.

They just stole over 1000eur from me and they don't give a...i am not the first customer that they scam, Casinoguru is full of complaints to Suprabets that they block accounts and steal customers funds.

So can you answer then, why you block my account, steal my money and NO ANSWER from you in 2 months to any of my emails, not a single answer? You stole not only winnings but also deposit. Just unbelievable.

I hope now you have dignity to answer here why you block me and steal my funds and hopefully at last you give back my money. For you 1000 eur might not be much but for me its more than my monthly income.
