Yes, the account has been verified. I don't remember exactly when, but I think it was May 19, 2023. I collected all my winnings from my deposited money. I didn't use any bonus at all. I haven't talked to the casino because I haven't been able to contact the bookmaker and they don't answer any questions in the chat.
