Hi

I have trouble to withdraw my funds.

I have an account since 2019. Three days ago I won about 2500 zlotys and I try to withdraw my funds via BTC. They asked to send them proof of my deposit from 2019 via ecopayz.

I don’t have access to such information because It was 3 years ago and I closed an ecopayz account. I informed them that I can proof my last deposit but they said they need all information. Please help me. Be aware of them

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that verifying the payment method seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you verified your account in the past or this is your first withdrawal attempt and first verification?
