Hello.


I made a withdrawal in the 26th of September of 2023. The total amount was 100Eur. After reading the ToS, i saw that they have a "verification time", that is between 14 to 31 business days.

After i tried to reach the Support, i got told that they were taking care of the complaint with the Financial department, but never reached to me. It got to the time that, it already passed 3 months, i tried to talk to them almost 10 times and the response is always the same, that they are taking care of it and wont take long.


And the funny thing is, that they keep sending me promotions and free spins, even with me beeing frustrated with this.


I feel privated and its a breach of the ToS to keep an withdrawal that much time on hold, even being payed by crypto.


I really want help to get the money.
