However, a recent withdrawal request of $550 has not been processed after more than a day, and all efforts to contact the site for support have been ignored. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

So I have been playing super777club for months. About 2 months ago I got up to 500 dollars an I followed the instructions to withdraw funds an sent it in before 5pm eastern time. By 930 that night my bitcoin was in my wallet, I was happy. I really enjoy the vpower fish games an I can’t find another casino that offers them like super777club. So yesterday August 31st 2023 I got up to 550 dollars. I am struggling so bad financially an it was a blessing I won that money I need that 500 dollars. I go an follow the same withdrawal process and I did it at 430 pm eastern time. It says my withdraw is waiting to be processed so I was like ok tonight I’ll have my money. Well I kept checking after 9pm an it still said my withdraw was waiting to be processed. At 2 am the next morning it still said the same thing so I sent them a email. Then I filled out a support ticket. I never heard nothing from them so I sent another email filled out another support ticket. Finally around 9 am I sent them a message on Facebook messenger. Still no response. Well now it’s 7 pm the next day an they have blocked me on Facebook an my withdrawal still says waiting to be processed. It really sucks an I’m really disappointed.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
