The player from Texas had won a tournament a few days after making what they believed to be a qualifying deposit, but the casino had not paid out the winnings. The player had participated in multiple free tournaments without making real money deposits in between. After the player had won a tournament, the casino had informed her that her last deposit was made over 30 days ago and therefore, she would probably not receive the winnings. We had explained to the player that winnings from free tournaments were treated similarly to winnings from no-deposit bonuses, and most casinos required real money deposits in between participating in such tournaments. As such, the complaint had been rejected due to the player's failure to meet the deposit requirements.

On this site they don't have any transaction history so I thought I made a deposit in December and I did but I guess my last deposit was 1211 and I won the tournament 1214 so of course they're not gonna pay me I talk to someone on chat I did copy the chat if you need that and I copy where I won the tournaments but they should already know who I am and that I did win and the reasons why they didn't pay or won't pay.


I hate these casinos in this is another one that makes the customer go through so much instead of having a positive experience they have a negative experience because they don't have clicks or safe holes or don't let you in or things that you shouldn't enter because you're not gonna be paid so I thought that because I'm entering the tournament that I'm good and then I guess in my own head because you can't click on your account to see your last transaction I knew I made a deposit towards the end of December so I knew I was good but as I said above, I made my last successful deposit 1211 of 23 and I won the tournament January 24, 2024 so a few days after I made my last deposit and of course they're not gonna pay it.


Anyway, it's more comedy that we provide to them in the back room when they say that they don't have to pay out another tournament because idiot didn't make a deposit within 30 days just open the whole tournament to everybody and break cards every day because people think that they won and they should be paid like me for instance the $750 is not really funny to me


I will post the pictures from my phone. I'm on my computer and for some reason I can't get to them but I will add the pictures in our conversations later if need be, but I'm sure the argument is not that I want it's the timing and the fact that they let you play and when you win they just don't pay you I don't think that's fair. I think that they should pay me and then from now on don't let people play if they're close to or a little bit over the 30 days that's what I would like so I can have a more positive customer experience and be happy to play on their site again.

I have the nickname JEZZZ, this is the standing with the hours left….. I didn’t receive any communication or any response or any anything yet but I chat with customer service and they informed me that my last deposit was 1211 and I won the tournament January 14 so they told me it was over 30 days since I made my last deposit so I probably will not receive the winnings I do have the chat if needed but I’m sure they’re not gonna argue the fact that I won or what the final standings were were three hours later but the customer service let me know that I probably will not be paid ……. That sucks and what really sucks is they let you in the tournament without saying that hey you’re a few days short of 30 days so maybe you should make another deposit or not let you enter the tournament because you missed the qualifications they just laughed at us. I mean, it’s enough on the Internet that they take your money and you never win on top of this type of behavior without anybody looking out for the customer and saying hey, we’re gonna block you from plane because you have to make another deposit in order to win……


on top of that they don’t post your transaction history. This is the only online casino that I’ve experienced this. They usually have a place where you have your account and all your transactions so you can easily see when the last time you made a successful deposit I don’t think that’s right either but at least have, something in place to save your customers or have a positive customer experience. I hate casinos like this that trap you. Have you win a tournament and such and then tell you 00 I’m so sorry ha ha ha ha ha ha you missed the freaking deposit threshold I’m so sorry I don’t think that’s funny.

i’m also sure that they’re not gonna pay me the 750 or whatever the final placement was because they have a chat you can’t download certain information like your transaction history and chat from their site is the only Casino that’s like this online but I did screenshot them all. Sorry about the I'M on my computer and it's not translating properly anyway, they don't make it easy for customers to see their transactions nor download chat. It's like you know they can make all those software adjustments Easy not to let a customer play a tournament they can't win they can fix that easily so a customer will be mad that they didn't get paid and they can list your recent transactions for you but of course they're not real customer friendly after all

OK it’s an open tournament for Blackjack roulette and slots and it’s free for members I thought and it’s a five dollar re-buy…. so when you first enter any of these three tournaments, it’s free but let’s say you run out of chips you can rebuy for five dollars and most people rebuy several times throughout the night. It’s a 24 hour tournament so you have a certain amount of time to rebuy before the tournament is paid and another tournament runs. It runs every 24 hour and I’ve bought plenty of re-buys and spent plenty of money at this casino every month…..

Yes, many of times because it’s free. I participated probably every day and because they don’t list your activity or any activity or monies customer based I can’t give you specific dates but I participated sometimes religiously and revise. I apologize on the dates but they don’t post any customer activity, but I have definitely participated hundreds of times slot, blackjack and roulette tournaments

I have not played on this casino since I won this tournament and I will not play there again. The only positive thing I can say is they pay out fast or at least they paid me fast I thought that was really impressive but other than that everything was downhill their bonuses they don’t give you much in return for what you play on their site they have no customer list at all when you click on your account, it only shows bonuses and a short amount of information no activity, no chats no gameplay nothing other casinos I play at provide instant money back as you pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars or thousands of dollars they give you something back instantly either spend or actual money they don’t do any type of bonus program and if it is, it’s a minimum amount five dollars maybe some spins But mostly not experience with them.

Alright, so now everything makes more sense. Please understand that for many casinos, winnings from free tournaments are treated similarly to winnings from no-deposit bonuses. The majority of online casinos prohibit participating in multiple free tournaments in a row without real money deposits in between. I believe the casino meant to say that you didn't make the necessary deposit before each free tournament, indicating when you last made a successful deposit, rather than stating that your winnings won't be paid out because the last deposit was made over 30 days ago.

Unfortunately, in this case, we cannot proceed further. No casino will let you play for free possibly for weeks and let you withdraw the moment you win something. I can only recommend that you do not take advantage of free tournaments like this in the future and always make deposits in between.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
