Super Slots Casino Review

Not sure how everyone else’s experience has been on here, but this casino is the shittiest one I’ve come across. Maybe it’s just bad luck but their slots I feel have a very low RTP percentage than compared to others. Hell, slot lv and their sister sites which appear unlicensed on casino guru i’ve had better winnings there (no i’m not trying to advertise slot lv just stating where i’ve had good winnings with some bad ones too but overall fair I feel) Another thing I noticed is their bet placements is different than some on other sites which just gives me an off feeling that they actually altered the bet who knows what else they altered? Maybe it’s the opposite for some, but Super Slot AG and their sister sites hopefully will lose business over their shady practice. Only good thing here was customer service.

I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. I deposited fifty dollars into my account and started playing roulette. I got my winnings up to almost three hundred and when I was wagering I hit the wrong buttons a couple of times and ended up wagering everything I had on the next spin. I saw it, hit undo and the game froze up on me at the exact same time. When the game resumed, it has taken all of my money. I contacted customer care, and they refused to help me at all. Told me it was my responsibility. I tried to explain to them that their game had conveniently frozen up on me and taken all my money but they refused to do anything to rectify the situation

1000% fraud I played for almost 22 hours straight deposited 17 times in a row every single game once you hit something halfway decent or even not it went into automatic spin mode where it would take a minute until the spins stopped all of the time if you where in a bonus it would then just log you out when you signed back in you lost bonus spins and then the wheels would NEVER line up again for you you can spin and spin and spin and it’s going to zero how do I know this you ask well playing it over and over and depositing 22 times in a row and playing online slots more then anybody on earth in the last two years you learn and I also read the valuable information from the pros at casino guru and my co slot players that post comments as well and someone posted this same issue on casino guru two weeks ago and if it was a glitch or tech problem it would have been fixed by now this isn’t a glitch they have done this purposely I have no desire to ruin someone’s business or livelihood because I’m a sore loser but when I take the time to tell all of you that when I know for absolute certain that things are being manipulated and it’s cheating let’s just call it what it is if I wasn’t 100% certain I wouldn’t waste my time or your time it’s not like I’m looking for something I’m not saying that you will never win all I’m saying is I caught them cheating the spinning just continues I tried chrome safari etc you name it and it happens on every game I played they offered me a $10 credit for my trouble haha all I’m saying to my co players who I respect immensely is stay away from this place please listen to the gurus there’s a few honest ones out there but people that changes all the time because of the business you’ve all seen the cheats one way or another and I’m just telling you this casino is a bust and should be gone go elsewhere ✌️👍👏🙏🏻

Wow! If you want to lose your money and rarely, if ever, receive loyalty bonuses then this is the perfect place to play! Over the past 1-1.5 years, I have deposited at this casino well over 30 times, casino: superslots.ag, because I was a fan of their sister site, wildcasino.ag (I will post a review on this casino following this review.)

I’m not a player with expectations to become a millionaire every single time I make a deposit. I play for leisure, and I am always happy if I break even or double my money. I am very UNHAPPY when I make multiple deposits over a lengthy time period and NEVER make a withdrawal. Not even a withdrawal matching my deposits.

Today topped the cake! Out of the sky blue, I was dropped 20 free spins @ .10 cents a spin into my email. GUESS WHAT THE TOTAL WINNINGS WERE FROM THE 20 FREE SPINS??? 🤔🤔🤔

If you need player support, don’t waste your time attempting to contact their customer support. There is no live chat available, only method of contact issues is by email. Speaking of email, I NEVER received a response from an email I sent the casino over 6 months ago. Superslots.ag sent me an email approximately 6 months ago that stated I had 25 free spins on a specific slot. This was after numerous deposits. When I clicked on the "Play Now" link, I was rightfully directed to my player account, BUT the spins weren’t in my account nor were they available in the specific game.

I attempted to reach out to support on the same day they sent the email containing the spins, but to no avail. Today was the first day I received any communication from the casino or casino bot in close to 6 months.

If there is anything at all positive, which at this point I find very offensive, the casino has very quick deposits. I unfortunately cannot give you a review on the withdrawal speed. 🤨

Absolutely the worst casino. I have e played multiple games on there and have gone over 3000 spins I. They definitely have a large list of slot titles but that as far as it goes. I’ve made roughly 20 deposits anywhere from $50 - $125 without withdrawing once. Every slot is programmed the same….you never win. Spin after spin….zero, zero zero.

I was amazed with this casino so i had to make a review. I will make it short.
I saw that they had so many games from different game distributors. Also they advertise their payouts as the fastest in the industry, 24 hours or less for bitcoin withdrawals, 48 hours for everything else (they have a number of payout options). So i signed up. I deposited a few times with bitcoin (minimum $20). I played their games. Then i won a few hundred. I made a bitcoin withdrawal at 6:08pm. At 6:22pm i was paid. 14 minutes. I was speechless. What more do i need to say? Oh ya.. i didnt even need to send any documents. Enough said. I found a new favorite :)
