I made a deposit of $30 and as I like to call it, I crashed and burned. The casino added my "weekly cash back" and I was successful in building my bankkroll to over $1100. I played it down to $1100 and submitted my withdrawal. (This comes with no max cash out on weekly cash back) I waited the 7-10 business days to actually be approved. One the 11th day I had to call them to step up the process and it was done in a few hours. The approval was dated June 2nd. Then I waited the 7-10 days for the money to be paid out. The deadline for that was midnight June 16th. I called today to be told that it was being escalated but it would add 24-72 hours onto my wait time. Monday is a holiday. I'm told that the escalated review still needs to be reviewed. I still don't have my money. They say maybe next week. They have had almost a month to get this in order. My attachments aren't downloading.

Hello. Yes my account is fully verified. I've had a few small withdrawals from them before. The exact date I'm not sure of but it's over a year. I spoke to them on the phone yesterday ( June 17) just to be told they are escalating it which adds 24-72 hrs and I can't speak to a supervisor on the phone but I can on chat. So I get on chat and this man says he will personally make sure he handles it. I told him I would contact the gaming commission and he said I shouldn't say such things.

Can you please clarify since when exactly is the withdrawal pending? Did you receive any kind of update from the casino since your last post here?
