The player from US is experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds because the transactions to her preferred payment methods have been declined. Unfortunately, the player lost her winnings before we managed to help, therefore, we were forced to reject this complaint.

Won $560 after completing a playthrough requirement and being verified. I entered all my bank information at least 6 times and kept receiving an email that stated my bank information was incomplete so they denied my redemption request. Again entered all information, then was told they can't send a wire transfer to US Bank or to my credit union, they then asked me if I had an account at a different bank so I opened an account at Bank of the West because supposedly they could send redemption there. Went through all the bank information again and was denied my redemption. This CASINO is a big Joke!! I would never recommend this to anyone to play.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Is there any alternative withdrawal method that you could use instead?

This would of been my first time I tried several methods I just went ahead and blew it all back and will never play again

That is correct. Do not recommend this casino to anyone it is terrible and a scam.

Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.

We would really like to help, but it is impossible this time and I am forced to reject this complaint.
