The player from California had won $100 off of a bonus in early November. Despite having received approval for withdrawal on 12/01/23 and making frequent inquiries to customer service, the payout had not been processed. The casino had then blamed an outside company for the delay. The player had refused to deposit more until the winnings were paid. We had attempted to investigate and resolve the issue, but the player did not respond to our inquiries. As a result, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I have had a problem here before. the last time I won off of a no deposit bonus, after jumping through all the hoops, I was told that they were having a problem with BTC payouts, but they could put it on a card that I could play at other casinos. I opted to wait and after bugging daily for about a month and a half, I left a review or a complaint, possibly here, then I finally got a manager approval and the cash out was near instant.

NOW: a year later, after being a depositor and playing many free plays and tournyments, I won $100 again off of a bonus. I requested the withdraw in early November, took a few days to give then the updated paperwork they requested, and then after contacting then daily for a couple weeks, I RECIEVED MANAGERS APPROVAL On 12/01/23 and the funds were removed from my account.


It is one month Later and I have emailed and gone to customer service atleast every other day and inquired and the case has been "escalated" which means nothing. I still have not recieved anything and they now blame it on an outside company that handles the payouts.


I love tournaments and the free bonuses, but i cant uxe any of those anymore until i deposit again and I refuse to deposit again unytil I am paid the $100..... Thier loss on this is huge if they knew how much i would play if the could just follow through on the promise to pay quickly.... so many others are INSTANT.
