The player from Australia has been struggling to receive his winnings for five weeks. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Been waiting 5 weeks to be told for 3 of those weeks that there was a problem with the wire transfer system. I was then told the problem was resolved but when i questioned my withdrawal from a diffrent person they had no idea about the problem with the wire transfer. I am getting told different things from different people amd i have been waiting 5 weeks for a withdrawal

Do I understand it correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
