The player from Italy has experienced a technical glitch with a frozen session. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I left a game session via mobile regularly, then via the appropriate icon. Apparently the balance has frozen in the session. After several emails and calls I manage to speak to a very rude operator. It's been 4 days already and still no resolution. The balance is unusable, not even withdrawable. This is a problem that can happen in game sessions, but any other platform solves the problem in 5 minutes. Starvegas does not even respond to emails, the operator (in the various calls I don't know why I have always spoken with the same) is extremely rude. I find such a situation absurd in a site that seems to be so used.
