The player from India is experiencing difficulties withdrawing their funds. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Casino not paying my winnings, they do not receive my call nor they reply to my watsap messages.
They already have my KYC but i dont know why they are not paying my winnings.
They just replied twice over last 2 weeks stating that their accounts team is looking into this and they will get back to you in few minutes. forget about minutes, its 2 weeks now but no luck.

Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
Please understand, without verifying your account, you won’t be entitled to any withdrawals.
