Casino not paying my winnings, they do not receive my call nor they reply to my watsap messages.

They already have my KYC but i dont know why they are not paying my winnings.

They just replied twice over last 2 weeks stating that their accounts team is looking into this and they will get back to you in few minutes. forget about minutes, its 2 weeks now but no luck.

Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
