The player from Bulgaria faced account restriction due to alleged 'abuse'. The casino had requested proof of address, but rejected the documents he provided as they did not meet their criteria. As he lived with his parents, he was unable to provide utility bills, the only documents the casino accepted. This issue had been ongoing for a year. Despite our attempts to assist and extend the response time, the player did not respond to our queries. Hence, we were unable to further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

My account has been restricted by the reason "abuse". They are asking me to provide a proof of address. I tried few of their options but they somehow find it unacceptable, considering it was fitting their description as a valid document. Now they are telling me that only utility bills are allowed. I lost more than 40k $ on this site and they can't even provide support for my issue. I can't provide utility bills because I am currently living with my parents (the house belongs to them) so paying the bills on my name isn't possible. This issue is ongoing for a year now.

Could you kindly specify the type of document you submitted as proof of your address? Additionally, have you attempted to provide a phone or internet bill?

Have you already contacted customer support regarding this issue? If so, have they provided any suggestions for a document that would be accepted as proof of your address, when you live with your parents?

Is your unfinished verification the only reason your withdrawal hasn't been approved yet?
